As noted in earlier posts, Indonesia is famous for its abundant variety of food, fruits and spices and all were utilized in sumptuous fashion throughout the country. I could certainly get used to fruit 3 times per day. One of my favorite breakfast dishes was banana pancakes. Here is a sample of some of the meals I have enjoyed.
